March of the Cornhuskers Documentary

MARCH OF THE CORNHUSKERS, the NETV documentary, was a huge success. NETV initially aired the documentary during their December pledge drive. It ran again in March during the spring pledge drive. NETV received many responses in the way of phone calls, cards, e-mails, and financial support. During the times that MARCH OF THE CORNHUSKERS aired. NETV received at least $40,000 in pledges.

The response to MARCH OF THE CORNHUSKERS leaves no doubt that the Cornhusker Marching Band has made a significant impact on the people of Nebraska.

MARCH OF THE CORNHUSKERS will be added to the permanent collection at the Library of Congress in Washington D.C. The program was selected because it represents the Cornhusker Marching Band's significant cultural contribution to Nebraska.
